Dealing with unwanted body hair is such a hassle, specially for people with rapid growth, thick and coarse hair, it is one such thing we cannot get rid of forever, even with laser treatments the hair growth doesn’t completely stop but instead it is slowed down to an extent and I am sure we all must have tried lots of different things right from monthly waxing session, instant hair removal creams, laser treatments and shaving, keep on reading to know about another method of naturally inhibiting body hair.

Well, even I didn’t know about hair inhibitor so when I heard about it for the first time, even I was surprised and wanted to know more about it and try it out cuz common we all are always looking for different solutions to get rid of body hair and the natural ‘Hair Inhibitor’ really amused me.

So, after about three months of trying and testing it out on myself, here I am with the detailed review of the product and continue reading to know what is hair inhibitor, what it does and if you should give it a try or not!

NEUD Natural Hair Inhibitor – hair inhibitor or hair retarder basically means inhibiting your hair growth from root level and deactivating your hair bulb which is responsible for hair growth, The NEUD natural hair inhibitor is 100% safe, paraben-free, and formulated with 100% natural ingredients and plant extracts and it is suitable for both man and woman.

• It is basically a painless method of getting rid of unwanted body hair wherein you have to apply the cream on the desired body parts where you want to get rid of unwanted hair, it is formulated for permanent hair growth reduction and it works by targeting the roots of hair shaft and deactivating the hair bulb which is responsible for the hair growth. So, the cream penetrates deep into the level of the hair follicle sac and it restricts the growth of unwanted body hair, it is again a steady process and you cannot expect instant results.
• It can be used on any parts of body like arms, legs, underarms and intimate areas well, they have stated that it can be used on face as well but as I have sensitive skin so, I have refrained from using it on my face and I have tried it on my legs and arms as I have dense hair growth.

Directions for use: It has to be used after hair removal so, it can be used after your regular hair removal session like waxing, shaving, etc. it is because post hair removal, the skin pores are open which makes it easy for the NEUD cream to penetrate deeply into the skin.

1 – Remove the hair from your desired body part in your preferred way.

2- Take a generous amount of the Neud cream and apply on the desired body part

3- Massage gently like a moisturizer until it is absorbed inside the skin

4 – If you’re waxing, use twice daily for 5 days after every waxing session and incase of hair removal cream or shaving, you can use daily.

Packaging – So, it comes in a good quality outer box packaging and the actual product comes in a luxurious glass bottle with a pump so, we can easily take out the desired amount whenever we want, I like how it is transparent so we can actually see the quantity used. It has NEUD written in bold gold letters and important information like ingredients and several other things are mentioned on the bottle. It isn’t travel-friendly and as it is a glass bottle it definitely needs extra care. The cap is tight and so, hardly any chances of leakage. Overall, I like the good quality and luxurious bottle.

Natural Hair Inhibitor Cream – The cream is off white in colour, it is smooth and thick inconsistency. The cream is quick-absorbing and doesn’t feel greasy unlike moisturisers, it takes around 5 mins for me to massage and it absorbs completely. Only a little amount is required and so, I guess the bottle of 80 gm can easily last for more than 5-6 months depending on the frequency of usage.

Ingredients list mentioned on the bottle: Gymnema Sylvestre, Carica papaya, Sunflower oil, Glyceryl Monostearate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Glycerine, Natural fragrance (An Ayurvedic product)

My take on the product – firstly, I was bit hesitative to use the product as I thought it’ll be sticky and god knows if it actually works but then I really wanted to give it a try as I thought if it works then it’ll be great as I have dense and thick growth, if it doesn’t then fine I will have to continue doing what I do to get rid of them anyway.

So, I tried using it regularly for about three months post-waxing sessions and I was comfortable using as it is quick-absorbing and doesn’t feel sticky. I didn’t see any immediate changes and to be honest I didn’t expect major changes as well, but after using it for almost one and a half month, I realised my hair growth had become gradually slower than my usual growth rate so, I continued using it for another month and now I can definitely say it works and helps in slowing down your hair growth, but only after continuous usage so, if you just use it for some time and expect great results I am sorry but it won’t work.

So, a big Yassssssss! You can definitely try, It works but with regular usage and also, it doesn’t completely stop the hair growth but it slows down the growth process. So, it’s good for people like me with thick, dense and quick hair growth but again I am not sure about any other hair texture and growth as to each individual its own. I have just shared my personal experience and do check out the pictures.
