Hey, my wonderful readers!
Hope you are doing well and safe,
Pandemic has changed our lives drastically in so many ways right from working from home, eating home-cooked food, spending more time with loved ones, working out and indulging in hobbies. I don’t know about others but I am enjoying this change and I feel it was highly needed.
2020 was all about change and 2021 is going to be all about accepting and embracing the changes.
Well, I have seen there are two types of people – active ones and the lazy bums.
The active ones understand the importance of being fit and so no matter what always get some time to workout while the lazy bums are the ones always making excuses and new year resolutions but will never act on it.
Fitness is really important for everyone no matter your age or gender. We all have been gifted one body and I think we should respect the only true machine we’re born with.
One question that I get asked a lot is – How am I so fit and fab? Well, the answer is everybody is different, one shouldn’t compare with anybody. As for me, I am blessed with good metabolism and everyone in my family has lean body type so, hereditary even I have lean and athletic body structure and while this isn’t enough, I also try to work out regularly as and when I can.
Females are mostly concerned about toning their lower body especially butt and thighs, here is a wonderful workout routine you can try to shape up your Leg and Butt. Try it out and see the changes for yourself.
HIIT workout for Butt and Legs.
- 30 jumping jacks
- 30 butt kicks
- 30 sumo squats
- 30 alternating lunges
- 30 squats
- 20 hip raises
- 20 donkey kicks each
- 30 squat jumps
- 20 side leg raise – each leg
- 20 burpees
- 30-second plank
Rest 60 secs and Repeat *3 times
Remember it’s all about consistency and some other factors matter apart from a regular workout like – drinking lots of water, eating a healthy balanced diet, doing other forms of exercise like Yoga, Pilates apart from your regular one. Do these things whenever you can and your body will be toned, stronger and better.
Apart from working out, you can also use Namyaa Bum cream for lifting, plumping and toning your butts. As while working out, our muscles tends to loosen up and so, you need something to lift and tone your skin and build collagen.
This luxurious bum cream helps in enhancing the look of the butt and improves the volume and bottom curves. It is suitable for all skin types. It is easy to use and it targets the development of fatty tissues in the desirable area. This cream is perfect for anyone who loves to give fuller look to their butt without going for any surgery or butt implant. It is a natural alternative to lift your flat butt.
The packaging looks luxurious as it comes in a sleek bottle with a silver cap and light orange coloured outer packing. The quantity provided is 100g. For usage, all you have to do is take the required amount of the cream on your palms and apply it over your butt, gently massage for few minutes till the cream gets completely absorbed and let it dry for some time. It is best to use it for at least 6 weeks twice daily – morning and night.
The best thing is it is free from any kind of harmful chemicals, artificial colours, harmful additives. It has been formulated with the natural goodness of chamomile, nutmeg, macadamia seed oil, etc.
I feel it should be used along with working out if you want quick and better results. As the cream alone won’t work if you eat junk food all day, don’t move your body and just keep lazing around.
If you want results, you need to act as well. Without action everything is useless.
You can easily buy it from Flipkart or Amazon. Originally it is priced at Rs. 1200/- but you can always get it on discounts online around Rs. 599/-
